Dr. Goolsby and all the staff at Rickman Family Medical Clinic are absolutely amazing!! This was my first visit with them, and I highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very welcome there. It’s hard to find that anywhere else!!! They act like they truly do care! I was in need of a Primary Care Provider that’s located a little bit closer to home, and I had a lot of recommendations to go see Dr. Goolsby. I’m so glad I did! She was very helpful and took the time to listen to my needs/concerns. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. I felt right at home there! Again, I highly recommend!!!

Been seeing him for a year now! Great NP if only he would give me refills, Dr. Jain is okay with him doing it but Brett still won’t so I have to go in every month and I’m self pay! It’s getting very hard to keep going financially. If I had insurance it wouldn’t be a problem but that’s even more expensive!!

You have a good group of women that work there however waiting in the room for 1 hour or 1 hour and 45 minutes it is hard to accept this needs to be fixed

Danielle is A Great Doctor. I followed her from Byrdstown Tn to Cookville Tn. She is the one who seen I had VNUS disease in my legs and sent me to a specialist , Dr Gerndt in Cookville.

I spent over 1 1/2 Hours waiting for a teleconference call with Brett Wilson and he was a no show! You can never reach a "live" person at their office via phone and don't bother to leave a message, because you probably won't get a callback! So sad.

Drs closing or moving , I found a new place and didn’t like the way they run there practice and found someone had opened up at my old dr office. I saw Rita Greene from the first time I went there and was so pleased that she looked over my records check me out and did some labs . I felt she was really trying to help get my health where it needs to be . I hope that I have found somewhere I can go for my healthcare for a long time. Meghan Soop, RN was my nurse and she was polite and helpful. As was my X-ray technician Lynn. They both were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I like the care I get and will continue to come back for my visits. I trust Dr. Jain.

I went in for a follow up appointment. I described a new problem to the nurse (Morgan) and Dr Jain then recommended an X-ray for evaluation. We did it in-house right away. The tech (Lynn) was very professional. I’m awaiting results now. It was great to have him go further in evaluating what is causing my problem. And to be able to get an X-ray in the same office is priceless!

Jay has been my physician for a number of years. I trust in what he says, and what he does. I do find. Some of the receptionist to be very disrespectful. And not helpful at all. Overall, they care I get from Jay. I am very satisfied. I do find that communication is very difficult at this practice.
