Wanted us back every 90 days to pay a copay and never did anything. Put us on cholesterol medicine highest dosage and would not retest blood work when we decreased the amount to see if it was still effective. Never went back. First medical professional that didn't want family history.

Upon entry , very neat and clean appearance . Check in , the receptionist was kind , friendly and extremely helpful with signing me in as a new patient . Assessment with nurse of the reason for my visit , she was very courteous and seemed concerned for my medical needs . Check up and consultation with Physician , she was very helpful with refilling my maintenance meds and giving me a health check up to make sure that I was comfortable with the meds that I am currently taking.

Ronald has been my NP for several months and I am very happy with his services. He listens attentively , explains things well and follow ups are quite thorough. The staff are responsive and I always feel welcome. I am quite impressed with his overall medical knowledge as he always seems to order the correct tests I need a long with discussing medication changes. I recommend Crossville Medical Clinc.

Dr . Wilson is a very thorough and professional Dr. The only problem I have is when his nurse told me to go down to XRay that I had to sit there for over 11/2 hrs. until I was taken back for xray. I was told that I should have checked in up stairs on the 1st floor before coming down there. I wasn't the only patient that was done that way.

I am from Ohio but needed to seek medical aid while visiting the Byrdstown area. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. I was experiencing quite a bit of pain and after throughly questioning my symptoms and running a few tests my issue and treatment was decided upon. Within an hour of leaving the clinic I began to feel relief and I was so grateful. I would definitely seek help from this office again. I must admit, the outside of the building needs to be freshened up but once in the door, everything was spotless and up to date. From what I understand, this is a new facility so I imagine re-doing the outside is in their future plans.

This clinic was so great to work with. We are from out of town and had to be self-pay, they made sure I didn’t get any tests done they would up the cost or weren’t necessary. They were kind and professional. I really appreciated them working me in last minute as I was super sick. I would recommend Mrs Ashburn to anyone.

Great Practice

While Ms. Meadows is top notch, Olivia is amazing, Kayla is the star in the office. I have overheard people yelling at her, over the phone, and I could hear every word, including the foul ones. Kayla was apologetic, even though she did nothing wrong and had nothing to do with the people's anger. There have been people come into the office that do the same thing. Her tone and attitude didn't change. In every visit, she has greeted me when I walked in the door. When calling the office, if she can't answer my call, I get a call back within 5 minutes. She is the best in customer service that I have encountered.

I love Mrs. Pamela Ashburn as my medical provider. I used to see her at the Cookeville location but I am now traveling to the Byrdstown location to see her even though I am about an hour away. It is well worth the trip!

I started seeing Ms Pamela Ashburn in the Cookeville clinic several years ago and when she said she was coming to the new Byrdstown Tn office I packed up my RV and had it moved back to Byrdstown which is actually my hometown since I moved from Illinois in spring 1970. So that should sum up the 5 stars she has helped me more than any provider I've seen in 50+ years keep it up Ms Ashburn you deserve all the Praise from me concerning my health!! Love her so sweet and very understanding of her patients!!!!

My daughter loved her, she was in and took care of our needs in a timely manner, and medication was sent in while leaving the office so I was about to pick up the medication as soon as I left the office on my way home. 10/10 for her!

Ms. Martin Has been exceptional. She does everything to get answers. I was having palpitations and she refered me to Tn Heart they cleared me and told me I was fine because I had normal Ekg. they ordered no test told me not yo come back. Ms. ordered stress test and echo that came back abnormal. Thanks to her being persistent, Now TN. Heart wants to get me in ASAP. what if nothing hadn't got done ,I could have had heart attack or died. We need providers to be more like Ms. Martin and take the time to listen to patients. I'd give her 10 stars

Smart lady always knows which medicine to prescribe to me and helps me with questions I have. She always seems like she cares about her patients.

Appointment was on time Kayla, the receptionist, is helpful, courtesy and efficient. My visit with Breanna was to discuss my tests and to refill prescriptions. I also updated my pneumonia shot while I was there. I love the convenience of having this service close to home.

Been seeing him for a year now! Great NP if only he would give me refills, Dr. Jain is okay with him doing it but Brett still won’t so I have to go in every month and I’m self pay! It’s getting very hard to keep going financially. If I had insurance it wouldn’t be a problem but that’s even more expensive!!

The reception lady I think her name is Abby was so sweet and friendly. The nurse was very friendly. Scott is a very attentive professional. I am moving from Atlanta to Cookeville and am planning on making this practice my primary care doctor.

I spent over 1 1/2 Hours waiting for a teleconference call with Brett Wilson and he was a no show! You can never reach a "live" person at their office via phone and don't bother to leave a message, because you probably won't get a callback! So sad.

Rita Greene has helped me so much . I have had to change drs 4 times in the last5 years. Drs closing or moving , I found a new place and didn’t like the way they run there practice and found someone had opened up at my old dr office. I saw Rita Greene from the first time I went there and was so pleased that she looked over my records check me out and did some labs . I felt she was really trying to help get my health where it needs to be . I hope that I have found somewhere I can go for my healthcare for a long time. I got there before appt and waited 1/2 hour. Checked in Ms Greene was very efficient but very busy. I believe she could use another NP help. Other than that everything was fie.

I really liked this clinic and all of the staff. Everyone was kind made me feel at ease.

Doctors running late is never a good thing. However all other factors were excellent.

He is about his patient and getting things Done like he need to and we need more Doctors like him who is about the patient and business not doing it for the money but to make sure that his patient is health
