Who We Are

Physician's Urgent Care works as a complement to the relationship you have with your doctor. Our health care providers are advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) and certified medical assistants (CMAs). APRNs are masters-prepared registered nurses with advanced training and clinical experience. They can diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications. CMAs are certified health care professionals who perform various administrative and clinical duties.

Our medical directors are physicians who practice medicine in the community. They collaborate with our APRNs and review patients’ care on a regular basis. Learn more about our scope of services.

A Reminder: Urgent Care is Not Emergency Care

Physician's Urgent Care is not an emergency department nor a substitute for ongoing medical care. Our medical centers are equipped to handle most routine illnesses, injuries, and conditions. However, patients who are experiencing traumatic or life-threatening illnesses or injuries, such as major head trauma, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, or loss of consciousness-should be sent directly to the Emergency Room.
